- When You Enter Our Office: Guests are required to use hand sanitizer and/or wash hands upon arrival at our office.
- Symptomatic Clients: Please call our office prior to your appointment time for further instructions. DO NOT COME TO OFFICE.
- Post-Closing Disinfecting: After each closing, the chairs, table and door handle will be wiped down with disinfecting wipes or bleach solution and the door will remain closed and off limits to other employees. In addition, the customer bathroom will be sanitized.
- Closing Table Items: The only items on the table will be HAND SANITIZER AND SANITIZED PENS. Please do not put any pens back into pen holder.
- Refreshments: You will be offered coffee (in a paper cup) or water in a sealed water bottle.
- Lobby Items: All reading materials have been removed.
- Children and Pets: Please refrain from bringing any children or pets to our office at this time.
- Restroom: Please use the restroom provided at the end of the hall that is labeled “Customer Restroom”.
- General Environmental Cleaning: Cleaning personnel are using appropriate germ-killing solutions when cleaning office areas after-hours.
- Social Distancing: Space your seating at Conference Room table to stay approximately six feet from others.
